If you are looking for a job in a marketing consultancy, you may be interested in what Springboard looks for in its people.

Ideally, we seek people with a good Business Studies Degree and/or the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s postgraduate diploma (DipM). A diploma from the Market Research Society or Chartered Institute of Public Relations are alternatives. However, academic achievement is only part of our people template and we value rounded people with a range of skills.

When recruiting, Springboard puts greater importance on a candidate's personality and experience.  We look for people who are well organised, considerate, honest, eager to learn, indefatigable and energetic!  We expect the highest standards of spoken and written English with good ICT skills.

Obviously for those just ending tertiary education, we base our decisions on academic results and work experience to date, particularly the use made of those endless holidays and the steps taken to improve understanding of people and business.
